HeyStack is the digital replacement for the whiteboard in your storage building. Enter inventory manually in the app or on your computer and stay on top of it without separate lists, spreadsheets or an outdated whiteboard.

Yes. HeyStack is free if you only want to digitize your whiteboard. HeyStack Plus, with extra features often handled in Excel today, is a paid plan. Until 1 October 2026, those extra features are free too. New users who sign up after 1 October 2026 can try HeyStack Plus free for two weeks with no commitment.
